I had an exceptional experience with Public Storage on Old Pimlico Rd. The online reservation and check-in were super easy and the unit was ready for me quickly. Will was very responsive and took care to help me resolve a billing mix-up. Candace was friendly and cheerful, making my move-out hassle free. I could tell she loves what she does at PS. The facility was clean (spotless!) and the app made entry & exit and payments a breeze.
