Two out of three elevators were when questioning Will at the front desk. If you can ever find a guy will pretty much tell you it’s not gonna get repaired. Second to that if you can ever find an employee there to let you use a bathroom it’s like finding a unicorn had to call the 800 number to find out where the staff wise the 800 number is a joke and he might as well talk to the broken elevator. Piss stains all over the parking lot because nobody has access to the bathroom.
Will was absolutely incredible. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He truly has 5 star customer service in the bag. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
Will the property manager was great, very helpful , knowledgeable excellent customer service!! Thanks again Will for all your help today!
My experience at this Pubic Storage was top tier. I came in a little nervous because I am very picky with where and who I do business with. But Will was extremely kind, and helpful throughout the process. I was able to move my stuff in with no issues 5 star service
Will helped me with exact pricing for a unit.
