To start the elevators are terrifying and all of their inspections expired in 2021. I had a move out date scheduled for the last of the month and when I arrived to empty my unit no one was in the office. When trying to call the property manager the automated system just sends you in loops. By the time we cleaned out our unit and brought everything to our new one at a different facility then came back to check in with the office again still no one was there and this was all within their posted open hours. Had a unit here for about 4 months; the office was never opened and when calling was never able to get a hold of anyone. The elevators haven’t been serviced in forever and the gate was broken for the first few months/was always left open.
Will’s customer service is awesome and the facility stays clean!!
