The facility itself is fine, but the pricing practices are very aggressive. My monthly rate for a 10x20 unit has nearly doubled in less than two years, going from $340 to $675. Public Storage seems to be relying on the hassle and cost of moving to keep customers locked in. I would not recommend this facility for long-term storage unless you’re prepared for significant and repeated rate increases.
