Went in 3/22 in the afternoon and had such a great and easy experience! The young man that was working the office was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable to help us pick the right unit for our needs! 10/10 would recommend- the customer service was excellent!!

Candice was very professional and knowledgeable.. Great service I am now a customer!! Candice helped me understand what type of unit would best fit my needs, based on information I supplied in regard to what I needed to store. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Without her I would have selected a smaller unit that would not have met my needs. I was extremely impressed with her customer service skills.
Great facility. Will is a great customer service rep. Very helpful and accommodating. Friendly service. I highly recommend this facility.
