I opened my account in November. At that time, the agent who assisted me informed me that the minimum balance required to avoid fees was $25, which I maintained on the account. However, in December I was charged $5 for receiving statements by mail, which I did not opt into, and an additional $5 for being below the minimum required balance. First they authorized money for me and it was an overdraft of $$.53 and I was charged $29. The manager reversed the charge. Then I put money in there to cover my insurance and they charged me another $29 saying that I didn't cover my insurance and I know that I did. Watch your money and check your statements because if you don't, they will be in taking out fees if you transfer your money from checking to savings and vice versa, if you go over because they authorized a payment when they could just deny it.
