There customer service sucks they let people cut in line I was in line for over a half hour and they acted like I wasn't even there this lady had taken care of her business and walked away came back 10 minutes later and they let her cut in front of the people standing there like we wasn't even there I've been a customer for over 16 years now I'm thinking about finding a new place to do my banking with very disappointed!!!!!

I went to open up an account yesterday on 7 mile and lappin. KE- KE and JENNIFER JOHNSON ROCKS THEY were absolutely professional and very educated on everything i questioned about banking . I give these ladies five stars keep up the good work.
Service was prompt. Ladies were very pleasant, courteous and efficient. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
