Bank teller Ivy on Friday Sep 5th, 2025 was extremely rude from point A when figuring out my member number to point B where she rudely rejected my check without offering solutions. The only reason the review is 2 stars instead of 1 is because Destiny, the lovely woman standing next to her decided to kindly help me and give me the information needed to pay my rent at another location. There customer service sucks they let people cut in line I was in line for over a half hour and they acted like I wasn't even there this lady had taken care of her business and walked away came back 10 minutes later and they let her cut in front of the people standing there like we wasn't even there I've been a customer for over 16 years now I'm thinking about finding a new place to do my banking with very disappointed!!!!!

I went to open up an account yesterday on 7 mile and lappin. KE- KE and JENNIFER JOHNSON ROCKS THEY were absolutely professional and very educated on everything i questioned about banking . I give these ladies five stars keep up the good work.
