Terrible customer service. Got passed to 4 different people and still didn't get any help. They will make a billing mistake then charge the customers astronomically. This place is a joke!

When im trying to get my PSO ID it keeps giving me my email
Horrible company to deal with. Transferred my service from the home owner to the renter (me) and they said a deposit would be required but that would be charged to my first bill. I thought everything was fine until I come home 10 hours after I spoke with them, I had 3% charge on my phone and all of my power was shut off, say I didn’t have a work phone that was charged. What was I supposed to do during the night when I need the heater to survive the cold. Does this company not train their employees to inform them of this? Do ... read more
Randomly charged me $200 'fee' even though I have paid consecutively for 5 years. This company is outrageous.
