f these guys. I had 2$ left over after I closed my account that got charged later, but thought I was all squared up. They then charged me a 33$ charge and now keep sending me notices that I owe them 35$.
If it’s possible to give them zero stars, I would give them zero stars. We received a bill from them for a house that we haven’t owned since 2013. To make things even more interesting I called about this bill two years ago. They told me that they would remove it and that would be the end of it and it was not. Worst customer service ever
I hate that such a poorly run company is allowed a monopoly. Please allow for competition! Then we might get an ethical utility company. PNM deserves negative stars. I haven’t had an accurate bill in months because they seem to rely on this outdated payment processing system that can’t credit you properly. How safe is this payment system that is older than me? As buggy as their system is, I don’t feel like my data is secure.
PNM is annoying when they bill you incorrectly. They not only charge the consumer for their mistake and mess up my previous bill statement by canceling after I paid. So now they decide to mess up my payments. Now my bill is not only higher but the next statement is coming out soon so now I have to worry about that. Terrible company and they know they can get away since they are the only electricity company.
