PNM just doesn't care about its customer base. I had a frayed power line going across my back yard for many, many years. I called PNM. I wrote a letter to PNM. I called them again. My line is fine, I was told. Nobody came out to actually look at it. Finally, during a storm, I had power surges that destroyed several electric appliances in my home, in particular my beloved Sony stereo. Horrible customer service and awful payment systems. For the last year of my service I was not able to pay online or over the phone and had to pay in person which became very inconvenient with a busy schedule and their horrible hours. Glad to be done with PNM as I no longer live in New Mexico
