Please note that the free lot “Enchantment” is behind the library. There is a PAID lot “Dragontail” right next to it. So the two entrances are seperate and the lots are not connected. The free parking is 3 hour max
If you use the app and accidentally reserve parking against the wrong license plate there is no option to cancel or adjust. I had to pay double for parking and the parking is expensive. The app for parking is poorly designed.
It's expensive to park in Leavenworth unless you know about the public parking. Get there early it fills fast and there is a little bus service here too.
