I am 60 with disabilities & I now am the only sibling alive with No immediate family around & I had to move as a emergency in with a friend because I couldn't afford the apartment on my own sense my sis past away during the emergency move I lost my SSCard & knew I had to replace it -i found out before the interview with public housing - but was advise to keep the interview so I did & I was told what I was needed which I was able to get it all , but wasn't able to get the SS Card because I had to wait for SS form & fill it ou... read more

Today, I came with a client for his intake interview. The worker was so rude and condescending. The aggression in her tone and demeanor was undeniable. I remaimed calmed yet my client felt the energy immediately. I calmed him down and she kept going. I asked,"Maam, are you okay?" She looked at me surprise and responded, "Yes, I am." Her demeanor and attitude immediately changed. You dont have to always give the enery back, but always check it!
