Two outlets arc Jan 2023, replace receptacle but that doesnt fix non afci/gfci outlet Destroyed tv, stereo, my lamp. 2026 almost & Using two extension cord. PHA state they dont have to comply with NEC, ok but to not fix -fire hazard, arc flash risk! Evan when not using. Saying there safe doesnt make it so. Outlet in kitchen stopped working, powers fridge - played for six days then sent guy who gets paid under the table. $80 food spoild. Off diabetic diet, got ill. Mohammed working on 08/06/2025. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I asked for a contact number to get assistance, he questioned why I needed help and stated, “No one needs help filling out this stuff.” If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t have asked in the first place!! And he gave me a fake number! It’s upsetting that a place claiming to serve the public creates barriers to simply asking questions.
