The receptionist is terrible at her job. Called to schedule my daughters appointment she gave me a date, and as she said it I wrote it down on a piece of paper and I repeated it to confirm. The day of the appointment I arrived on time & then the receptionist said I was a day late, told me I was wrong & had a sly attitude while doing so. Don’t go here unless you’re okay with dealing with the worst receptionist in regina lol!
I just had the worst experience ever at this clinic. A female staff member, who could also be called a receptionist, made us really angry. We were late for our appointment and couldn't get our child vaccinated, so I wanted to schedule another day, or next month. However, she was condescending, arrogant, and very disrespectful. She practically refused to schedule an appointment with us, offered no explanation, and seemed to just want to kick us out. Why would there be an employee like that? Has she ever been a mother?
