Have to stand in long line at front desk for 40 minutes just to speak with receptionist,NO CHAIRS ARE PROVIDED! Totally outrageous that they can't provide a row of chairs for people to sit on while waiting on slow,uncaring employee's.then after seeing the receptionist,you will spend at least another 40 minutes waiting to see a case worker. Bring a folding stool/chair and a book to read.
