Received a voicemail to call them with a reference number. Cannot get through to anyone on the automated number as being told cannot transfer call or send message to the person who called. Whats the point. Left worrying and with no assistance

Section was RESCINDED I didn't even appeal. This landlord is bullying me victamising harassing me telling anyone try help me I not right in my head I got mental health problems.
