Had called on behalf of a town resident and stated that on the phone I work for animal control and had not received a call or letter in the mail like usual for a bat that was sent in for rabies testing. The man who answered the phone had a language barrier not easy to understand asked if I filled out the form I said yes, I used the same facility we always do who do decaps for us and they sent it out on behalf of my resident as I do not do my own decaps. Had to bring in a bat to be tested, literally the best customer service I've experience in decades. If the rest of the world ran like this place did (which by the way rabies is WAY MORE STRESSFUL than say, a coffee order or even like an insurance question) I think we could accomplish world peace. Always and forever a fan.
