It was a nice surprise to receive such personal service by Ms. Tessa. It was a surprise because after COVID, it is impossible to get service. You were connected to "programmed vertual assistant" and you know the nightmare.Ms. Tessa was with us untill the task was completed.
Corporation and follow up with customers is appreciated. Haley Tuck was very helpful.
The staff at PECU are always extremely helpful and friendly. They take the time to explain any questions and work to ensure we are happy with their service.
