Lauren was a great help! She was on top of everything and did it in a very fast manner. She got approval for management and they did everything to help facilitate and take care of the current members. If you are looking for a Modern, up to date and current with the times bank. THIS IS NOT YOUR BANK. Policies are outdated. Online access is limited and clunky. I have been a customer for more than a year and I still get deposits with 7 day holds. I will be looking for a new bank today!
