One of the best Branches I've been to. They are always quick and very very friendly! The manager is always quick to help to the best of her ability when I've needed it, but the other ladies are super friendly as well! I've never had to wait for service either
I love doing my business with the oak Hill branch. The ladies are outstanding and very helpful. Every time I go to handle my business I would recommend members to go to that Branch anytime to fulfill all your banking needs. Kudos and great respect to the employees at the oak Hill branch
The people here are zero help and cannot do anything. All I want was to make a simple payment to my account. They couldn’t figure it out and gave me a support line to call instead. Treat it as nothing more than an ATM
Today, I went to run some errands. The bank and Office Depot to buy a calendar. Jesus decided to send a wink to me and the bank teller. After making a deposit, the teller said “You have been members with us for a long time. Would you like a calendar?” It was no coincidence. It saved me a trip to Office Depot and $20. During these times every penny counts. Thank you Jesus and thank you PECU.
Always friendly and efficient. Never had a problem with this branch, just hope it was closer to where I live.
