This place is a joke
I got a letter a few weeks ago about my state tax return being intercepted for public defender fees… The letter directed me to call this number and if I wanted to appeal it, I could send it to the address in the letter… Once I called, They transferred me to a gentleman Who is very helpful and told me what I needed to do to appeal the process… He said they had 15 days to respond so when I sent the letter, I made sure I did certified mail… I called today And the lady who answered the phone was completely snotty and rude and to... read more
