The person that answers the phone is very short and does not have a ounce of compassion in her tone.. I honestly wonder why people go into these fields. She should be doing data entry.. she should not be talking to the public.. period..

You know I start to wonder how do these people get these positions? I called this office worried about my son now I know they treat inmates horrible but I’m a regular person that has never been to jail and they treated me like crap. Who’s in charge of these people, man because they need to be investigated they are not good people.
