You know I start to wonder how do these people get these positions? I called this office worried about my son now I know they treat inmates horrible but I’m a regular person that has never been to jail and they treated me like crap. Who’s in charge of these people, man because they need to be investigated they are not good people.

Its literally impossible to get anyone to answer the phone I've called at different times through out the day I mean it's an office do the receptionist have phones because not once have I got ahold of anyone
