The receptionist is beyond impatient and rude. I’ve left 5 messages and have yet to get a call back and she wants to hang up on me because I keep asking to speak to my father’s attorney. This office is so poorly run, as a former receptionist myself, I would never hang up on someone. I didn’t use rude language she was just impatient
Recently dealt with Assistant Public Defender Kenneth Scott Mccarty (Nassau Office). Mr. Mccarty represented my family member. He was incredible He worked diligently, kept the family informed of progress as well as his client. He was available 24 hours a day. Although the outcome of the case was not the desired one, due to State guidelines, Mr. Mccarty did obtain the best outcome and sentence possible. Mr. Mccarty is one in a million.
