The ladies that work at the front desk are extremely rude. They refuse to give their names even tho they work for the public. They ask for yours and they refuse to help if you don't give your name. They won't transfer you to a supervisor and will hang up on you. Definitely the most un professional group of people I've ever had to deal with.

The woman I spoke with at the public defenders office (Angie?) I believe was her name. Her suggestions and Helpfulness has got me trying harder and harder to help the person I made the call for. Incredibly sweet woman.
