This team was unprofessional. I explained that Allstate wants to demolish my home's exterior for abatement without protecting it from intruders or pests (among other claim issues). George said they can't win that fight for me, so I asked what they could help with. He laughed and said "everything you need help with is what we do". Since they just told me they can't help with something I requested, saying they can do "everything I need" seems like a false blanket statement.
