We would like to commend Atlas Adjusters for excellent service and representation after we experienced a house fire. Savrino Prengjoni and Destiny Zuluaga guided us through the intricate process of dealing with the insurance company. Their interaction alleviated much stress and expedited the settlement process. We highly recommend Atlas Adjusters to anyone who are making an insurance claim.

On June 4, 2025, I had a devastating house fire. Public Adjuster, William Cash from Atlas Adjustments introduced himself to me on the day of the fire and has stayed with me through this entire ordeal. He is always very helpful and accommodating during this very difficult time. A family member had a house fire so I made the call to Atlas Adjustments. Nathalia took the lead from that moment on, handling ALL of the phone calls, paperwork, and negotiations. She was incredibly detailed, always available for questions, and made the entire process seamless. Thanks to Nathalia, we received every possible dollar from our insurance.
