It's a joke not a bank, high fees, crap service, app which doesn't work most of the time. Disaster, stay away from them!!!!!!
The app is extremely frustrating to use, constantly updating without any noticeable improvements and offering far fewer features compared to other banking apps. On three separate occasions, it has logged me out and changed my login PIN without my input—an issue that couldn't be resolved within the app itself. Instead, I was forced to use a laptop to fix a problem that was entirely their fault. Garbage
Big Thanks To Hannah For her assistance and patience and going out of her way to assist me, took 50 minutes to resolve an issue over the phone with head office and Hannah assisted me.The manager is pleasant and nice and advised me to call the relevant department which i done so from my mobile in the branch..When I Asked Hannah after being now on the phone for about 40 minutes to the head office She Listened to me assisted me as the head office supervisor had atrocious English to put it MILD and wasn't making sense to me.
