I work here so all I can say is amazing staff(me) and amazing customer service (me again)
Been here before with no issues, however called for item today and because I didn't have the correct terminology for things was treated like a fool. I actually ended up apologising for my lack of knowledge of the correct terminology as the salesperson was treating me with such indifference and disgust. Will go to Screwfix in future far better, friendlier and helpful staff I don't mind the extra 2 mins drive....
