Well the printers are very good machines , fast and do the job! But not as dependable as would like! If your computer do un upgrade they disconnect from your network so guess what? You need to call them to connect them again and they charge you $100 dlls an hour! I now get it! That's where they make the money! I owe them $1000+ just on connection issues from my network they said is my network! Guess what? I'm in business for 11 years always using a Bother all in one machine and never has this issues. ! PTS is the only logical option! Kyocera is a very strong brand, the only product line worth carrying in my opinion. We have them for two of our businesses, the pricing for service and equipment is very reasonable for a commercial grade device! I highly recommend their service department and the office staff are sooo friendly!
If you know Kevin and Becky...you, too, are a good human being. They are hard working, honest, generous, and just fun to be around, they have built a fine business together. I was with PTS for six straight years and enjoyed even the low points,....but many more high memories. I miss them. Call them. Invest locally. Get serviced like you are important, as you are.
