James is great he knows how to take care of your business he's been out financial advisor for many years you can always count on him I trust him I have recommended him to family members and Friends he knows what he's doing
Incorrectly filed returns for multiple years resulting in reduced refunds. When client provided correct procedure was too busy to file amended returns, and after 8 months still had not done them. Now offers to file amended returns, but feels refund of any portion of preparation fees is ridiculous. Poor service provided and no customer service skills.
