Called and asked them to make me a 30ft Ethernet cord. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but I was building my first PC and had a ton of questions (really dumb questions, probably). He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure the Ethernet cord was going to work. Make sure to shop local, these guys are awesome.
Very helpful! Explains things clearly in language I can understand. Very good at explaining unintended consequences of choices to help avoid issues down the road. Prevention is part of their support.
