Super honest and not pushy on the work they’re doing. Parking lot is a bit of a zoo, but that’s well worth it for the service you receive. They’re great at fitting you in on short notice and do their best to get you back in your car ASAP.
We have been taking our car to PTN over the last couple of years. They offer affordable options and great honest service. Quick, responsive and stand by their work. I recommend PTN as a great local auto shop.
Jim and all his staff are the best mechanics my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Jim always explains the problem, fixes it properly and his pricing is always reasonable. A nice place to get your vehicle repaired. Jimmy is kind, smart and knowledgeable and pay attention to detail. He knows what is doing and cares about customer's concerns. Recently, my car, Chevy Malibu, had trouble shifting issues. This problem occurred occasionally, came and go. Very annoying and unsafe to drive.
