PTM&W is always very helpful with finding the right resin system for our applications. They have great customer service.
We started ordering epoxy from PTM&W a few months back because of fairly substantial lead time issues with our last supplier. We have tested a lot of epoxies over the last 5 years or so, and these guys come out on top for a number of reasons. The epoxy they make is nice to work with, has great performance, short lead times, reasonable prices (the quality/cost ratio is high). The customer service has been really great and reasonably prompt.
Their listed specs for epoxy products look great, but after two orders I have trouble believing any of those numbers. Their quality control is terrible. The first order I received was short on hardener. I questioned myself until I weighed two containers. Reported the problem, which it turns out they messed up an entire lot. They replaced what they decided I was missing and no more. I'm still short on hardener.
