This company is UNRELIABLE. I am a disabled VETERAN. I received a call two days prior on Wednesday 1/22/25 confirming the scheduled pick up time was for 8:30am pickup on Saturday January 25th, 2025 for my 9:30am VA medical appointment in Philadelphia,PA. Driver apparently arrived at 7am and left. I saw I had a missed call at 6:59am ( I was still asleep). I called the driver at 8:16am when I was ready and he advised me he had left and was already 40 miles away and would try to contact his boss. Well nonetheless this disabled ... read more
