First off, huge thank you to Kurt, he was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail. As a woman walking into a mechanic shop, it’s unfortunate that kind of respect and honesty isn’t always the norm, so I truly appreciate it. I was able to bring my car in and get it fixed the same day, which was amazing. As for the cost, I trust I was given a fair estimate, and when it comes to labor, I don’t complain.
