Would give no stars if that was an option. Picked up a solar blanket and noticed after we got home that there was a cut in it. Called and they said it’s not possible because the bag couldn’t be cut as it’s also a storage bag. Absolutely ridiculous response and the rudest lady who answers the phone. Would not recommend any dealings with this place ever! Refused to return or exchange even though the bag wasn’t opened and is in the exact same state as when we received it.
