They shipped to a warehouse an hour away and then said I had to go get it or pay another $100 bucks to get it shipped to my house.... the person answering the phone is very short and rude, we have a piece missing and 3 weeks later have still not had any resolution... customer service is not great once you have the pool. I have called and tried to use the chat option on the website with no results. Disappointed.
Honestly, I'd recommend to stay away from them. Customer service and email responses are slow and their service rep almost makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. They don't stick to their return policy and intentionally complicate the return process almost as if they're trying to convince you to not return items even though they have a 30 day return policy. I've had a bad experience and I'll recommend family and friends to stay away from this company.
I’m honestly not sure what some of these negative comments are about. We had them measure and install our pool liner, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. They came out to measure, returned to complete the installation, and after we filled the pool, they even came back again to ensure everything was perfect. bought some light up inflatables for a new year’s party and they were a hit! spoke with April and she was so kind and helpful and placed my order for me. and shipping to toronto was free which was a plus!
