Just ordered some spa scents for my hot tub and was quite surprised to see a handful of negative reviews here. I’ve been using PTL to order whatever I need for my pool annd my hot tub over the past couple years and I’ve never had a problem when dealing with them. My spa scents were even ready for pick-up the same day I called. I also bought my above ground pool from these guys a couple years ago. I think it was a great deal and my family loves it. It’s also had no problem withstanding Canadian winter, so I’d call that a win!
Bad customer service. Good luck getting a warranty if you have any issues like I did. Shop elsewhere trust me
