I am a knife maker and have finally decided to up my equipment to a 2hp motor. This was a long time in making this decision and I spent a good amount of time asking questions. I decided on PTJ and ordered a 2hp tefc 3500 rpm motor. My next call was to a supplier for the controller as PTJ doesn't sell KB. The other supplier was very familiar with small motors for craft and we spoke, at length, about the best rpm for this application.
