Kara, Liliana, and Coury at Potomac were wonderful to work with. My closing was complicated by distance and a HOA management company that didn't want to remove me from its records post sale or provide accurate responses to inquiries. Potomac stepped up and offered assistance well after closing to get the management company to properly acknowledge the ownership change. I was lucky to have Potomac representing me instead of having the buyer's title company manage both ends of the transaction.
