I have a complain, l have been going to this facility for almost two years, had no problems, very disappointed with the front people, two girls , are the most unfriendly people, you great them , they don’t answer, you say thank you, you don’t get answer, l go check in, no greeting, none, this is people business, l am pretty disappointed, with the front people.
While the physical therapy services at PT Concepts of Allen have been effective, the billing experience has been consistently frustrating. Despite multiple attempts via email and phone to resolve overcharges, we have not received reimbursement for amounts we were told would be refunded. Their billing department is difficult to reach, and we’ve had to follow up repeatedly without resolution. We were charged for a chiropractic service that was originally stated to be at no cost. I've been coming here since October, 2024, and felt it was time to leave a review. The front office staff is very friendly and my interactions have always been top notch. Appointments are easy to schedule. The PT's and other professional employees have been amazing. If the person directing you in exercises gets call off to assist someone else, another professional comes over and steps in without missing a beat.
