Can’t begin to tell you more about this amazing place!!! Like no other!!
ALL OF A SUDDEN NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE $20 dollars for the decompression machine and still charge the insurance for the service . STEALING FROM CUST SO WRONG !!!!! My insurance covers the service there’s no need for extra charges just cause the owners feel like it …..I Wouldn’t recommend to anyone . The worst service
This place is ridiculous . My husband got injured and gets treated in Plano and has to go to McKinney for a treatment and they want to be greedy and charge for a service that they are already getting paid for by the insurance . How unfair is it that you want to charge 20$ every visit for a specific machine when already being covered by insurance ? The excuse is that they are the only ones that have this machine but how is that the patients fault . If we are going to your clinic for injury and my insurance has unlimited visit... read more
Awesome staff…they have helped me immensely w/ my recovery!!!
I have a complain, l have been going to this facility for almost two years, had no problems, very disappointed with the front people, two girls , are the most unfriendly people, you great them , they don’t answer, you say thank you, you don’t get answer, l go check in, no greeting, none, this is people business, l am pretty disappointed, with the front people.
