Highly recommend. My issue was a lengthy process and Mason was both professional and patient with me. I had a new phone and he set it up for me and showed me how to use it, (I am not tech savvy at all and it was different to my old one). Mason also spent a lot of time transferring huge files from my phone to a hard drive. I don't think this is something PTC normally do but Mason was more than happy to help. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you PTC.

Great Service – Quick and Honest! I stopped by this shop because I knew Harish worked here and figured it would be a trustworthy place—and I was right. My phone wasn’t charging properly, and it turned out the port just needed a simple cleaning. One of the staff members took care of it quickly and professionally, without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Really appreciated the honesty and fast service. Definitely recommend this place if you’re having phone issues!
