I was overwhelmed with choices for power banks but thankfully Lucy chose the perfect one for my needs I would thoroughly recommend coming here again!
So Far it's taken 3 weeks for my screen to be replaced. The only time I get updates is when I call. And they have no updates. Since when in today's day and age does it take at least 7 to 14 days for a screen to be delivered to a company. The only reason I chose that place was because it was local and supposed to be a big company. So I thought it would be a quick turn around. What a joke. Will never give them my business ever again.
Mind boggling this company is the only Google authorised repairer in Brisbane. Ended up taking my pixel elsewhere and paying out of pocket to have an issue fixed that should have been covered under warranty. Can't imagine Google will retaining me as pixel user when I purchase my next phone.
Have had my phone for 3 months. It was mailed to them as I live 10 hours drive away and they are the only Google Pixel warrenty repair provider in queensland. 5 or 6 times they've actually answered there phone on this time, saying they are going to mail it back cause they can't gain access to a factory reset phone to repair the wifi receiver. UPDATE: finally got the phone back after 5 long months. It took me 15 minutes watching an African man on YouTube to put the phone into Repairmode. No access code required. Useless
