I was very impressed visiting the P.T.C office at Calamvale after being directed there by Google for a repair of my Pixel 6a due to the latest scare with batteries. Hats off to Google , a no charge replacement, and a hats of to the service received by Jocelyn and Acro at the above business for being Prompt,Courteous, and very efficient. Highly Recommend.
I personally dropped off my segway scooter in for repair on 30th May 2025 to PTC Crestmead (as they are the contracted repair center for Segway Australia). The required part (a control board) took about 3 weeks to arrive, which I understand—but throughout that time, I had to call multiple times just to get updates, because no one ever called back (after my calls) or followed up (except for once or twice).
