Have had my phone for 3 months. It was mailed to them as I live 10 hours drive away and they are the only Google Pixel warrenty repair provider in queensland. 5 or 6 times they've actually answered there phone on this time, saying they are going to mail it back cause they can't gain access to a factory reset phone to repair the wifi receiver. UPDATE: finally got the phone back after 5 long months. It took me 15 minutes watching an African man on YouTube to put the phone into Repairmode. No access code required. Useless

If you have a pixel in Brisbane try one of the other stores because the service here was poor. If this is the level of service a Pixel phone gets you then I'm better off going back to iphone
