I personally dropped off my segway scooter in for repair on 30th May 2025 to PTC Crestmead (as they are the contracted repair center for Segway Australia). The required part (a control board) took about 3 weeks to arrive, which I understand—but throughout that time, I had to call multiple times just to get updates, because no one ever called back (after my calls) or followed up (except for once or twice). Great company fast shipping charger was absoloutly useless can hardly hold the watch and does not charge my phone in the case at all ended up in the bin
Easy to order. Delivery was as stated and product arrived undamaged. As the product is for a Christmas gift, I can't leave a review yet.
