Recommended by Brook at C&B Autowerks, I was told PTAP was the place to go. Their service summed up in one word, "WOW"! Came in late on a Friday with a serious alignment problem on my Audi TT. Quentin got me squeezed in the schedule and BANG a couple hours later my car was slamming down the road better than ever! Got a complete computer diagnosis on what was a serious Toe-in issue showing the numbers before and after correction. The price was amazing! Definitely made me a customer for life!

I will never go anywhere else for automotive needs!! Jason and the whole team were so kind, helpful, and patient. I don't know a lot, if anything, about cars and they took such good care of me. Explained everything they were going to do, gave me tons of options and explained them all thoroughly. And if they can't do it in house, they know who to go to! Ptap has rightfully earned my trust. Would give 10 stars if I could.
