I had my first experience yesterday with the new Stretch Session, now being offered by PTAnywhere. Emma and the session were just amazing !! It started sith a quick assessment of my flexibility and area needed for focus. Then it was onto the table to be gently and carefully stretched. Hurts like hell. But worth it!!!
I started working out with Max in 2010 when I was just about to turn 30, ended up working out with him as my trainer for 3 years. In 90 days he took me from 27% body fat to 17% body fat and I was in the best shape of my life. Now, 13 years later and a lot more body fat, I couldn't think of a better person to go back to.
