I just purchased an Amana 15000 BTU PTAC heat pump and air conditioner and was having difficulty maintaining a connection between my phone and the unit. Eric Munoz the PTAC Direct Sales representative explained that a smart phone connection is the best way to operate the unit. He explained that a wireless thermostat is best and referred me to the best unit that works with the AC unit. He was very courteous and professional in explaining how to use the system. I would highly recommend purchasing from Amanda.
I could not be more impressed with the service and quality from this company. Eric was patient and helpful throughout the entire experience. I made a mistake with one order and he quickly helped me solve it and I had the correct unit for my space within days. This company is incredible!
