New Employee, second shift crew are not very welcoming, Bully employees are that lashing out at you in front of the rest of crew and supervisor and nobody sticks up for you is just unacceptable in most normal companies. The crew supervisor and quality are just rude!! and make you feel like a worthless person. Never experienced this before and I've worked a lot of places. Way to much (favoritism) here for me...
