If you need PT this is a wonderful place to go. The therapist work with you and show you how to keep feom hurting yourself. Sabrina is wonderful.
PT 360 was instrumental in my recovery from a fall resulting in a hip labral tear requiring surgery. I have been able to resume all my activities including biking, swimming, and walking without pain or stiffness. I also learned balance exercises to help prevent future falls. Special thank you to Patrick, Debbie, and Sabrina for your expertise and encouragement.
