Shane and Jonson came out to our CrossFit gym (Strongpoint CrossFit) for a few hours and it was awesome! They went through a basic movement screen with the classes and gave our members several mobility drills to help with their training. I have also been working with Jonson individually for the last couple of months and could not be more satisfied with the results.
