I have osteoarthritis in both knees which is painful and is limiting my mobility. I am fairly new at Wellstar PT Solutions and am pleased with my experience so far. My primary therapist is Kristen and she has a complete understanding of my limitations, and I am in agreement with her assessment of my situation. I continue to improve in my mobility.
Got right to work eavj day. Had a nice massage to get thongs loose, then exercises targeting the area. Within a week I was having less pain and more movement in my shoulder. I was leaving town for about 6 weeks, so I was given exercises and bands to carry on the road which I have been doing.
