Austin was through in understanding why I was there. Therapy was gear to my needs and what my goals were
I had a reverse shoulder replacement December 10 in Greenville, South Carolina. I started PT for the first month in South Carolina, but then came down to Palm Harbor for the winter and started up with PT Solutions. I found them much more professional, provided a better facility, and they provided great people to work with. I am now done with all my exercises, but would highly recommend PT Solutions to anybody in Palm Harbor. Austin and the crews at this location was extremely thorough, attentive and helpful.
PT Solutions was able to see me very quickly. The staff are wonderful. My therapist, Austin, was professional and caring. Highly recommend.
Impressed from initial Phone call to set-up appointment. Necessary paperwork and forms emailed, and first appointment the front staff was welcoming, organized and wait time was 3 minutes. My therapist was patient, explained plan of care and exercises. He was knowledgeable on my diagnosis and reassuring his team could help.
I was very nervous to start PT after elbow replacement surgery. However, the staff and therapists were very comforting and welcoming. My therapist, Andrea was really patient and empathetic which helped calm my PTSD of bending my arm. She assured me everything was ok and we would go at the right pace to ensure a safe recovery of full range of motion.
