I would not recommend PT Solutions based on my experience. The overall impression was that the focus seemed to be more on volume and billing than on individualized patient care. Appointments felt rushed and lacked the level of attention you would expect, especially for post-surgical rehabilitation. After going to PT Solutions of Johnson City for rehab after a car accident, I can definitely say this is the worst physical therapy facility I’ve ever been to. The space is extremely small and crowded. The staff is very unprofessional. The physical therapists do not interact one on one. I do not feel like I made any progress at all and they made me feel like I was just there to be a piggy bank. I left PT solutions and got a referral to a new PT facility and couldn’t be happier with my decision. DO YOUR RESEARCH FOLKS!
Very disappointing experience with PT Solutions. My husband had just had a full knee replacement and we expected careful, one-on-one physical therapy (PT). During one session, the physical therapist appeared distracted while treating multiple patients and moved my husband’s knee in a way that caused significant pain. PT Solutions felt more concerned with billing and scheduling than actually helping patients recover after surgery — the sessions were rushed, the facility crowded, and I switched to a different clinic very quickly.
