My daughter’s appt was cancelled bc insurance won’t cover, and yet I get multiple texts asking to give a review. So here’s my review: your clinicians are great but your back office and technology needs to be synced w actual patient experiences.
PT Solutions of Dunwoody provided outstanding care for my mother throughout her recovery. The entire team was kind, patient, and genuinely invested in her progress. They took the time to encourage her, adjust her therapy to her needs, and always made her feel comfortable and supported. It was clear that they truly cared about helping her regain her strength and independence. We are very grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication. Highly recommend!
My mother started physical therapy at PT Solutions in Georgetown shopping center to help her manage Parkinson's symptoms: gait, balance, freezing. Casey is her therapist and has been a great addition to her Parkinson's Care Team and she has been going a few times each month for 1-year.
