Brendan’s alright. He helped me gain 300 lbs on my bench press. At school they now call The Pebble

He was knowledgeable and personable, clearly and patiently taking me through the last couple months. Recorded metrics, checked progress midway and last session, verifying progress I knew I was making throughout. He took great notes, providing details and recommendations for exercising on my own. Great results!
PT Solutions is an extremely professional and comforting facility. The entire staff assists in cultivating a successful and positive experience.
