From the moment I walked in the door I was shown love. I was greeted with such professionalism and respect from the manager and present staff, I wondered if I was still in GA. On my first session My PT did not communicate with me, the student trainee assistanted me ,my PT did not even come say hello and explain what was my session going to be like for the day ,.when I asked her and shared my feelings she made all excuses , like she was busy ,had to be up at front desk, other patient time ran ovet,all excuses no apology, then went on to assist another patient, I felt like I did not matter
I just recently had a total knee replacement and I am grateful for all the help and support that I get from p.T solutions thank you guys
Wonderful Therapists. Very connected and helpful to their patients. The exercises are beneficial to my specific situation.
