My first experience was pleasant beginning on the phone when the GPS took me around the world . When I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile, my PT therapist was very pleasant also he took out time to explain to me what was going to happen and he also listened to me explaining my condition of what happened to me all the way until I finished explaining my condition very tentative of what's in the plan for me next and how I got to his clinic was a referral from wellstar urgent care they also was very tentative, helpfu... read more
The physical therapist Ben was very nice. He explained what the process was going to be and what I should expect thoroughly, and he answered all of my questions. The facility was clean and orderly. The other staff members were equally as friendly.
