Everything is going well. The staff is very friendly. And treatment plan so far I'm doing very well with it.
I would have given 5 stars because Shenise and Destiny were awesome! I called on Thursday, 1/15 to reschedule my appointment. Brittany left me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back and she was rude and immediately just put the call on hold. I hung up and when she called me back (caller id) there was never an apology. Even though I am sure she was working with another patient, customer service is key and they are the face of this business in South Fulton.
Therapy has been going great and everyone has been polite and courteous with cheerful attitudes.
The Therapist are very professional and caring. Unlike Benchmark at The Camp creek.The entire staff have a warm demena about themselves. I am so grateful to have a team like the P/ T solution team.
