Great staff! From front desk schedulers to therapists, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They were kind and professional and genuinely cared about me. I completed 8 weeks of therapy at PT Solutions in Odessa after my total knee replacement. I worked primarily with Taylor and Daniel but also Shannon. They were both great. They developed a plan for me and then motivated me to be successful. Both of them explained everything to me and also listened when I had discomfort with any exercise. Great staff. From checking in to walking out, everyone is warm and friendly. The PT’s are knowledgeable and caring. I was there for post op treatment for a knee replacement 6 months ago. Final results were excellent. And now that I’ve had my other knee replaced I’m back again. I know I’m in good hands once again.
