Ryan, Greg, and Elijah provide outstanding customer service! The physical therapists are knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and caring. Unlike many other physical therapy clinics, the physical therapist spends quality time with each patient. The receptionist is kind, helpful, and efficient. Highly recommend PT Solutions of Cedar Mill! :)
Throughout my whole recovery process, the staff has been more than kind, helpful, and fun to work with. The staff made sure I was taking care of in every way. They are extremely knowledgeable in their profession and have a way of making it easy for a layman like me to understand what we are doing and why. They were just awesome in helping me recover my auto accident. I would definitely suggest PT Solutions to my friends and family.
I had total knee replacement surgery approx 6 months ago. And thanks to Rya I’m as good as new. Initially I was really stiff and he showed me a few perfect stretches to loosen me up. Going to PT is a drudge but I actually looked forward to my therapy because I could see progress at the end of each session. His technical expertise, IMOH, was the reason I had full range of motion at the end of my therapy. Ryan and Greg are outstanding physical therapists! At almost 20 wks pregnant I was rear ended by a semi truck last fall. I had an awful experience dealing with the pt’s that were provided through my insurance. I started seeing a chiropractor after receiving such lousy care.
