I'm sorry to be writing this because the actual care by the practitioners was great, but I feel so frustrated by the billing experience with PT Solutions and want to warn others. BEWARE! Their estimates, where they look into your insurance and provide an estimate for how much you will pay each visit, were so incredibly off... the first time I went, even though they estimated $~30 for visit, I ended up having to pay ~$200 per visit. I would highly recommend PT Solutions Beaumont! Brooke and Kendal are excellent at their jobs! They have been a tremendous help on my health journey.
Fantastic overall experience. Brooke an excellent therapist and she designed a top class, custom regiment to help my plantar and elbow get better. And Kendal on the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended. Thank you!
The therapist listened to my issues with the disease I have, and also my concerns about past ineffective PT’s elsewhere. I was very happy with the exercises she started me on, and the way she is supportive.
